In recent years, the Tax Authorities have tightened declaration control procedures, reduced the number of on-site tax audits, and increased the number of audits resulting from declaration control, namely desk (cameral) audits. According to the operational plans of the structural units of the Tax Authorities, a significant portion of resources is now allocated to declaration control through desk audits.
